Pain is extremely well-managed. She has an epidural for local anesthesia and a Tylenol drip. They will be transitioning her to some oral pain medication tonight and tomorrow so they can remove the epidural. She is doing really well with pain although, of course is feeling some pain when she is moved. They did warn me about this but it is hard to watch her in pain.
Not actually feeling too refreshed at the time this picture was taken. I had to take a night at the family center to pound back Vitamin C and get a good sleep. Hospitals are noisy places to try and get some sleep.
ah! Always good to get a reward ! Glad to see progress! xo
ReplyDeletehow is the pain level?
